Reflected in this customer case, we use a detachable meat hook frame to realize a multi-purpose vehicle. The truck body can be used to transport white meat, and can also be used as an ordinary refrigerated truck After removing the hooks.

The meat hook is made of 304 stainless steel, sturdy and easy to clean. The rubber on the top of the meat hook makes it slide with less resistance. Its round cake-shaped design also prevents the meat hook from shaking violently during transportation, thereby affecting the quality of the meat strips. Multiple guide rails are designed, and the meat hook guide rails are directly connected to the slaughterhouse conveyor belt, saving your time and effort.
In addition, Carbody also uses automotive-grade positioning to embed the steel frame in the plate, which not only facilitates installation but also makes the truck body stronger.

The widest part of South America is close to the equator, and is warm and humid all year round. Therefore, how to ensure that meat is maintained at optimum temperature and freshness during transportation has become the biggest problem. In this regard, Carbody designed a dual-temperature unit for our customer, and used fiberglass composite foam panels with extremely strong thermal insulation capabilities as the truck body panels, which are lighter than traditional metals and also have higher strength.
