A refrigerated truck is a closed van transport frozen food or packaged goods. It is a special refrigerated vehicle equipped with a refrigeration unit and a thermal insulation compartment.

Medical products require even more strict conditions during transportation. Some vaccines, serum, and reagents are very sensible to temperature changes. Some reefer containers are divided into several small chambers with graded temperatures and the temperature tracks are often monitored during transportation. Such containers and trucks require higher performance in thermal insulation in boxes and body panels.

Qualified foam core is the first key to a satisfying truck body. We must use fresh PU foam instead of recycled materials for the panel core. Secondly, TOPOLO adopts unique jointing technology between side, roof, and floor panels. Together with the closed bonding of panel skin to the foam core, they can minimize the thermal bridge and lock the temperature in each chamber tightly. In addition, ideal panel products should be flexible in dimension. In TOPOLO, sizes and thicknesses can be customized accordingly to meet multiple temperature demands in various vehicles.

The medical cold chain transport refrigerated truck consists of the traveling part of a special car chassis, a heat-insulating compartment (generally made of polyurethane materials, fiberglass, color steel plates, stainless steel, etc.), a refrigeration unit, and a cold chain temperature truck screenshot (with temperature recording and wireless communication function) and other components. Optional parts like waist rails, aluminum alloy guide rails, and ventilation slots can be also added.
