Difference Between Single-temperature Zone and Multi-temperature Zone

Difference

The difference between a multi-temperature zone and a single temperature zone is that a multi-temperature zone is one in which more than one temperature zone can exist at the same time. Multi-temperature zones can transport refrigerated, frozen, and insulated goods at the same time. A single temperature zone, however, has a fixed temperature control.

The difference in their temperature:

Temperature of the insulated zone: 10~20℃

Temperature of freezing zone: -18℃

The temperature of the refrigerated zone: 0~4℃

What is a single-temperature zone refrigerated truck?

Single-temperature zone refrigerated trucks are not spaced internally and can only transport products with the same temperature requirement when transporting goods.

What is the multi-temperature refrigerated truck?

Multi-temperature zone reefer trucks can be partitioned to divide the body into multiple temperature zones, which allows for several different low temperatures to exist at the same time, such as refrigerated, insulated, and frozen. They can ship more cargo with different temperature needs.

Commonality:

They all have the same appearance and structure, they all belong to cryogenic trucks, the exterior structure is made with FRP foam panels, and they have excellent thermal insulation. They all need to install independent refrigeration units. They can withstand long-distance transportation and short-distance transportation, both can transport fruits and vegetables, meat, and other products.

How to choose better?

According to the actual demand for selection, if the same temperature needs of the goods is very much, you can choose single temperature zone refrigerated truck, if the goods are more, the temperature demand is also more, then you can choose a multi-temperature zone refrigerated truck.
