Panel Structure of Enclosed Trailers

FRP and foam core are bonded with low-temperature resistant glue and compounded in a vacuum environment. It has the characteristics of moisture resistance, lightweight, corrosion resistance, and good dimensional stability.

Outer Material: Fiberglass sheets are used as the outer layer of the enclosed trailer, with gel coating for waterproofing.
Inner layer material: The core material is closed-cell hard low thermal conductivity insulation foam, which can be selected from XPS (extruded polystyrene), PU (polyurethane), and PVC (polyethylene).
