Configurations
Superior Materials and Durability
- Box Material: 2.0mm smooth white FRP (glass fibre reinforced plastic) outer skin, lined with 1.2mm new FRP (continuous fibre reinforced thermoplastic), filled with XPS/PU core material and embedded in the reinforcing ribs to ensure the box is structurally sound with excellent thermal insulation performance.
- Floor Construction: The outer layer is made of 2.0mm thick machine-pressed bright white fiberglass panel, the inner layer is made of 2mm thick anti-slip diamond pattern aluminium plate, the core material is XPS foam core with embedded fiberglass frame, and 15mm thick waterproof plywood is laid on the core material to create a stable and easy to clean transport environment.
Exquisite Craftsmanship and Attention to Detail
- Door Locking System: Made of SUS304 stainless steel, equipped with recessed door handle and concealed locking lever to ensure tightness and enhance ease of operation.
- Door Frame: The door frame is made from 2.0mm SS304 material with high performance rubber seals and bumper strips, effectively insulating the door from external heat and moisture.
- Sub-frame: High strength galvanized steel, bolted together for flexible adjustment.
- Kick Plate: Manufactured from high strength 6000 series aluminium alloy with a trapezoidal cross section, the kick plate is securely riveted to the panel to protect the base of the cooler from impact and abrasion.
- Doors: The refrigerator body is designed with double rear doors and four independent doors on the left panel. Each door corresponds to a different temperature zone. The normal temperature zone is equipped with a rolling shutter door for quick opening and closing, while the other temperature zones are equipped with high-efficiency insulated door panels to ensure accurate temperature control and energy efficiency.
