CKD (completely knocked down) refrigerated truck bodies refer to a manufacturing process in which the manufacturer completely disassembles the body into parts, then packs and transports it to the destination for reassembly. Montaje eficiente

Todos los kits CKD se producen en la línea de producción de alta precisión de nuestra fábrica y son montados e inspeccionados por ingenieros experimentados. Tras el transporte al lugar de destino, el operario puede completar rápidamente el montaje siguiendo las instrucciones de instalación que le proporcionamos. Todo el proceso de instalación no requiere herramientas complejas, sólo equipos básicos de elevación y taladros eléctricos, martillos, llaves, etc. Incluso los operarios no profesionales pueden completar fácilmente la tarea de montaje, y los operarios cualificados pueden incluso alcanzar una productividad eficiente de 1 persona 1 día 1 vehículo.
Ofrecemos dos tipos de paneles aislantes para camiones frigoríficos:
XPS insulation panels: Good insulation performance, are not easy to deform, light weight, waterproof and durable.
PU insulation panels: Light weight, low thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, waterproof, pressure resistance and flame retardant.
The insulation materials we use are of high quality, all CE certified, and meet the environmental protection standards of countries and regions such as Europe, North America and Australia. The vacuum lamination technology is adopted to make the skin and insulation core materials compound under high pressure in a vacuum state, ensuring the stability and insulation performance of the body. At the same time, we embed lightweight and waterproof reinforcement materials inside the insulation material to further enhance its structural strength.
